At Diaco’s Garden Nursery, we have worked hard over the past few years to focus on innovating and improving service standards so that we can provide customers with what they want.
This means high-quality products, value for money, and genuine customer service that provides real value and advice. We are so passionate about what we do here, and this is reflected in the service that you receive at any one of our nurseries.
We were honoured late last year to be awarded the title of State Winner for Retailer of the Year by the Nursery and Garden Industry Australia (NGIA). For all of us at Diaco’s, this means our hard work is paying off and being recognised by others in the industry. We’re committed to ‘bringing back your local garden nursery’ – and this is just what we’re doing.
A lot of hard work has gone into getting us where we are today. When we opened as a 4-day plant market in Heatherton in 2000, we could hardly imagine that only 16 years later we’d have three fully developed nurseries in south-east Melbourne, with our fourth opening very soon!
We’ve developed Diaco’s Garden Nursery into a fully functional franchise network so we can bring this fantastic service and experience to even more Australians. It’s what the garden industry needs and what customers deserve.
Be sure to keep your eye on what we’re doing, because Diaco’s is only continuing to get better and better. Our Geelong store is opening later this year, and Keilor is well on its way too.
