Garden Centre Keilor

It’s been a busy time for us working on our next chapter. We have opened our 4th location in garden centre in Keilor. It is the first family-run Diaco’s in over eight years.

We are excited! And grateful for our amazing customers who love gardens just as much as we do, It wouldn’t have been possible without you.

Our story began in 1949 when my grandfather Antonio moved to Australia with my grandmother from Southern Italy. He was a man of principles, and he worked hard and stayed true to who he was.

I never forgot what he told us, “work hard, be honest and there is no limit to what you can achieve”. We were inspired by him and not knowing where things would go we kept on working hard.  Starting out in Queen Victoria fruit markets, then gift stores and finally pop-up nursery where we found our real passion. Gardening and plants!

Since 2000, we went from a four-day pop-up nursery in Heatherton to a group of stores across Melbourne open seven days a week. We are committed to excellent customer service and are passionate about gardens.

Great Service and Value

We are committed to bringing back the local garden nursery and we have the time, passion and the know-how. We offer valuable, practical advice for all your gardening needs.  Whether you have a large scale landscape project or want to buy a plant, we can help.

Learn and Grow Together

Leading up to summer, we will run educational and trade workshops for gardeners of all levels from school children to landscapers. Our workshops offer the chance for the community to come together to learn and share gardening ideas.
